August 12 - 15 2007: Mission Bay, San Diego California.
Emmett's favorite thing to do was play in the sand. At the beach, the bay and even the campsite, Emmett loved playing in the sand (and dirt). Emmett also had a great time playing ball and swinging.
We just got back from 4 fun days in the sun at campland on the bay. The weather was nice, the water was warm and we all had a great time. We went to the pool 2-3 times every day, we also swam in the bay and went to the beach (Mission Beach). We ate most of our meals at our camp site (except for 1 dinner at dennys, and 1 lunch at McDonalds).

Sara and Owen really enjoyed the pools, they love to swim. They also spent a lot of time riding their bikes around the park and playing with their toys back at camp.
Kaarin and I both enjoyed taking turns relaxing in the hammock back at camp. However, the kids would often want to "relax" with us in the hammock.
As much fun as it was, there was nothing more relaxing then getting home, taking a shower and sleeping in a nice comfortable bed.
